1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between each registered player and acl365, including but not limited to account registration, the placing of bets, participation in casino games, lottery play, access to promotional offers, the processing of deposits and withdrawals, and all interactions with customer support.

These Terms are supplemented by any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the acl365 platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

acl365 operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino games, sports betting, lottery products, and related services to eligible adults in Bangladesh. All services are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and payment transactions are processed via locally recognised mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

By proceeding with registration or by continuing to use an existing acl365 account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read these Terms in full; (b) you understand and agree to be bound by them; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any translation being made available, the English version shall be the authoritative and controlling version for all purposes of interpretation and enforcement.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and acl365 with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and representations.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active acl365 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during which your account remains open:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an acl365 account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme through acl 365 or any third-party responsible gaming service.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently seeking treatment for a gambling addiction or related disorder.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each eligible player is permitted to hold exactly one acl365 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where acl365 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts involved may be suspended, any bonus funds may be forfeited, and remaining balances may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

acl365 is principally designed and operated for players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. acl365 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from access by players in restricted jurisdictions.

2.3 Verification of Eligibility

acl365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of acl365 services — including placing bets, participating in casino games, and processing deposits or withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. acl365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard financial services practices.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide, at minimum, the following information accurately and truthfully:

• Full legal name (matching your National ID or passport)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
• Preferred mobile wallet details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number)

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details. If any information changes, you must update your account profile promptly. acl365 accepts no liability for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.2 KYC Verification

acl365 applies a mandatory KYC verification process before processing any withdrawal. Players will be required to submit copies of acceptable identity documents as described in Section 2.3. KYC verification is also triggered whenever acl365 determines it is necessary for fraud prevention, responsible gaming, or regulatory compliance purposes.

During any pending KYC review, acl365 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests. Deposits and gameplay may continue during this period unless the account has been separately suspended. acl365 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acl365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. acl365 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party — is your responsibility. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on acl365 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — the four principal mobile financial services used across Bangladesh. acl365 does not currently accept credit card, debit card, or international wire transfer payments.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via supported mobile wallets are credited to the player's acl365 account in real time under normal network conditions. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within the platform. acl365 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which acl365 accepts no responsibility.

Players must only deposit funds from mobile wallet accounts registered in their own name. Depositing from a wallet registered to a different person is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful KYC verification as described in Section 3.2. Standard withdrawal processing times on acl365 are typically under 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions, measured from the point of approval. Rocket and Upay withdrawals may take slightly longer depending on network conditions.

acl365 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the platform and are denominated in BDT.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts are denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, symbol: ৳). acl365 does not apply any currency conversion to player balances. What is deposited in Taka remains in Taka throughout the player's experience on the platform, and winnings are credited in Taka without deduction for currency exchange.

4.4 Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

If a player initiates a chargeback or dispute with their mobile wallet provider in respect of a deposit made to acl365, the corresponding player account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Any bonus funds or winnings derived from the disputed deposit will be forfeited. acl365 reserves the right to pursue recovery of any funds to which it is legally entitled.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

acl365 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers aligned with Bangladesh's cultural calendar (such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season promotions). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any additional terms published with individual promotions.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details at the time of claiming. Where a player's balance contains both real money and bonus money, real money is used first by default unless the game rules specify otherwise.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification, hold a single account in good standing, and have not been identified as engaging in bonus abuse. acl365 defines bonus abuse as any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including but not limited to: low-variance bet exploitation, hedging bets across multiple accounts, and collusion with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the player's balance without compensation. acl365 does not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.4 acl365's Right to Modify Promotions

acl365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The platform also reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds from a player's account if those funds were awarded erroneously or obtained through a breach of these Terms.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

acl365 provides access to casino games, sports betting markets, lottery products, live dealer tables, and crash/live betting formats through integrations with certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use independently audited random number generators (RNGs) and are governed by the rules published by their respective providers.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

acl365 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being offered; the bet exceeds the platform's maximum liability for a given market; or the bet is placed on an event whose outcome is already known or strongly suspected at the time of placement. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance in full.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system failure during a game round or bet, acl365 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs and resolve the situation equitably. Where reconstruction is not possible, the platform's decision on the outcome will be final. acl365 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical issues caused by the player's own device, internet connection, or mobile network.

6.3 Sports Betting — Cricket & Other Markets

acl365 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Specific rules governing market settlement, void conditions, and in-play bet acceptance windows are published within each sport's betting section. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.) shall be the determining factor.

6.4 Void Bets & Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets placed on that event will be settled according to the sport-specific void rules displayed in the relevant section of the platform. Generally, if an event does not reach its conclusion within 24 hours of its scheduled start time in BST (UTC+6), all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on acl365, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful recreational gaming purposes and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or using the platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors deliberately without reporting them to acl365 support.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive format to manipulate outcomes.
• Creating accounts for the purpose of circumventing a self-exclusion, account closure, or bonus restriction.
• Providing false or misleading registration information, including impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy any part of the acl365 platform, content, or data.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.

7.1 Responsible Use

8. Account Suspension & Closure

acl365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration or verification information.
• The player has engaged in, or is suspected of engaging in, fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The player has registered multiple accounts in violation of Section 2.1.
• The player has initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute as described in Section 4.4.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their acl365 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified mobile wallet, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, the player loses access to all acl365 services, any associated bonus entitlements, loyalty points, and promotional eligibility. acl365 will retain player data for the period required by applicable data protection and financial regulation obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8.3 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and good faith. Any disputes arising from the use of the acl365 platform that cannot be resolved through customer support escalation should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. acl365 will respond to formal written disputes within 10 business days in BST (UTC+6). The platform's decision on factual matters related to game outcomes, account history, and transaction records shall be final and binding unless demonstrably in error.

acl365 makes no warranty, expressed or implied, that its services will be continuously available, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose beyond recreational entertainment. Players use the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is permitted in their location.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
